MCSA Courses – What Will You Learn?
MCSA courses cover both Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2000. MCSA certification is awarded after the completion of four core examinations:
- Two examinations on the topic of networking systems
- One examination on the topic of client operating systems
- One examination of your choice
These exams can be taken in any order, but you must pass these four core examinations during your MCSA training to earn your MCSA certification.
Your MCSA certification is lifelong and the qualification is globally recognised by employers as a valid qualification that gives an individual highly sought after skills.
MCSA Training for Networking Systems
All MSCA training courses will cover the two crucial networking systems examinations. MCSA courses teach IT professionals how to manage and maintain the Windows Server 2003 environment, as well as how to implement and manage a Windows Server 2003 Network infrastructure.
MCSA courses will help you install, manage and troubleshoot server hardware. You will also learn how to manage users, groups and computers on a networked system; and how to maintain and monitor access to data. You will learn the protocols for disaster recovery and prevention.
Remember, both of the networking exams are compulsory to attain MCSA certification.
MCSA Training for Client Operating Systems
To acquire your MCSA certification, you will need to choose one of three client operating systems available for examination; Microsoft Windows 7, Vista or XP.
MCSA courses will teach you to install, manage, upgrade, migrate and troubleshoot the client operating system of your choice. You will learn how to configure hardware and software to streamline with the operating system. You will know how to configure network connectivity and the access to resources for individual users and groups. Your MCSA training will teach you how to back up the operating system, and how to recover it in disaster scenarios.
You only need to choose one client operating system for your MCSA certification; however, you can choose another operating system for your elective examination, if you desire to learn more than one client OS.
